Country Life Graphics - Reseller License Agreement
Guidelines:
When listing our graphic collections for sale, you shall state; Licensed Resller of Country Life Graphics. This must be shown in every product description our graphics are displayed. It is not acceptable to just give credit on a Artists' Credit page.
If you have already purchased our graphic designs before, you must re-purchase them paying the regular reseller costs.
All graphic collections must be sold in the exact manner you recieve them. Please do not take graphics from one collection and mix with another. Our terms of use (text file) must be attached in the zip folder as well.
It is the reseller's responsibility to service all graphic collections. We do not handle delivering the collections to the resellers customers, nor provide customer support to them as well.
Resellers may not sell any collection for less than $1.00.
Country Life Graphics/Gail Eads retains full rights and copyright on every image in every collection. Reseller does not gain copyrights to our graphic collections to mass produce.
All reseller graphic collections may be sold an unlimted number of times.
To market the artwork, please use our product images on our website. Text descriptions may be edited as desired. Remember, Licensed Reseller of Country Life Graphics must be visible in the product description.
